1. Initial Needs Consultation – 2 hours – Active Listening
Defining Scope of Project Inside and Out – Listening to the Client

• Identifying the Builder/Architect/Contractor relationships and Construction Timelines. We also request Digital Renderings and Construction Timelines.
• Identifying Client’s Design Aesthetic – During the visit, we provide fabric, furniture, lighting, rug samples to give shape to the vision, so that designer and client understand each other’s sensibilities.

• Milestones and budget considerations

2. Design – Building a Relationship of Trust that is Value-Driven

• Develop and finalize design direction in consultation with client.
• Provide a vision board.
• Select architectural elements, such as lighting, plumbing fixtures, millwork, windows, doors, hardware.
• Select decorative elements, such as furniture, fabrics, wall treatments, painting, lighting rugs, cabinetry, flooring, custom enhancements, etc.

3. Job-Site Consultation – Being There for the Client

• Working with the Client as a Site Administrator to closely manage all aspects of the project to understand layout, space planning and project management needs, interior and exterior material selection, and placement.

4. Project Management – Ensuring Your Needs are Met

• Oversee and track orders and confirm deliveries, installations, etc.
  Select art, accessories, finishing touches.
